Our Services

Squezlaxiezelil provides custom photo collage design and printing services. We create personalised collages based on photographs and instructions provided by customers.

Ordering and Payment

• Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• A deposit may be required before work commences on complex projects
• Final payment is due upon design approval and before printing
• We accept major credit and debit cards
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders

Photo Submission

• You must own or have proper rights to use all photographs submitted
• You are responsible for the content of submitted photographs
• We reserve the right to refuse photographs that are offensive or inappropriate
• Higher resolution photographs produce superior print quality
• We cannot be held responsible for quality issues arising from low-resolution submissions

Design Process

• Design work begins after initial consultation and project confirmation
• Standard projects include up to three rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Final approval must be given before printing commences
• We cannot accept responsibility for errors approved by the customer

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Standard UK delivery is 5-7 business days after design approval
• Express delivery options are available at additional cost
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original photographs
• Design layouts and arrangements created by Squezlaxiezelil remain our intellectual property
• You receive a licence to use the completed collage for personal purposes
• Commercial use of collages requires separate written agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squezlaxiezelil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Your Statutory Rights

These terms apply in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK law. For example, you have rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Our Return Policy explains our commitments on quality and returns; it does not replace your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, certain terms may not apply to you where they would conflict with your legal rights.

Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before design work begins for a full refund
• Cancellations after design work has begun may incur a design fee
• Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has commenced

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For existing orders, the terms in force at the time of your order apply. For new orders or continued use of the site after changes, the revised terms apply.
