Our Satisfaction Promise

At Squezlaxiezelil, we take pride in creating collages that meet your expectations. Because each collage is custom-made specifically for you, our standard return policy differs from typical retail products. However, your satisfaction remains our priority.

Design Approval Process

To ensure you are completely happy with your collage before printing:

  • You receive a digital proof for review before any printing begins
  • You may request revisions until the design meets your expectations
  • Standard orders include up to three rounds of revisions at no extra cost
  • Once you approve the design, we proceed with printing

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the proof, including all photos, text, and arrangement, before giving final approval.

Quality Guarantee

If your printed collage arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it free of charge:

  • Print defects such as smudges, streaks, or colour banding
  • Material damage such as tears, scratches, or warping
  • Incorrect print (different from approved proof)
  • Shipping damage during transit

Please report any quality issues within 7 days of receiving your order, including photographs of the defect.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement for a defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photographs showing the issue
  • We will assess the issue and respond within 2 business days
  • If eligible, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost
  • You may be asked to return the defective item

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds

Full refunds are available when:

  • You cancel before design work begins
  • We are unable to fulfil your order for any reason
  • A replacement cannot resolve a quality issue

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • You cancel after design work has begun (design fee may apply)
  • You cancel after approval but before shipping (production costs may apply)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided when:

  • The collage matches the approved design proof
  • Issues arise from low-resolution photos provided by the customer
  • Preferences change after production is complete
  • The order has been delivered and no quality issues exist

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before design starts: Full refund
  • Cancel during design phase: Refund minus design fee (typically 20-30%)
  • Cancel after design approval: Refund minus design and material costs (typically 50%)
  • Cancel after printing begins: No refund available

Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, direct exchanges are not available. If you wish to order a different size or material, please place a new order. We may offer a discount on subsequent orders in certain circumstances.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have rights to repair, replacement, or refund. For personalised (made-to-order) goods, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the product has been made to your specifications; however, you retain full rights in respect of faulty goods, goods not as described, or goods that do not match the contract. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may also seek redress through the courts or, where applicable, alternative dispute resolution. We are based in England and Wales; the laws of England and Wales apply.
